Ley crucified while Turnbull spends 30k on Islamic Dinner and Greens & Labor top the list of wasted funds!

Sussan Ley has been crucified (and rightfully so) for her lackadaisical attitude towards spending the tax-payers money, but she isn’t the only MP under fire, Julie Bishop also came under fire for her use of taxpayer dollars to attend a polo match.. What do they have in common? Female, Blonde.. Let’s look deeper, Oh.. That’s right! They’re both ministers for the Liberal Party.

Since the majority of the mainstream media are overlooking the expenditure of further left-wing politicians and expenses on issues close to the heart, such as Islamic dinners, we will!

Opposition Leader Bill Shorten addressing the media from Cairns Airport.

Opposition Leader Bill (Once accused of raping a woman) Shorten claimed over $51,000 in taxpayer expenses in the first half of 2016 which he has claimed was for his family to be by his side during the election campaign and thus, we paid for them to fly alongside him.. My work sure doesn’t pay for my wife to travel around the countryside if I have to travel.. These numbers and this excuse have emerged just days after the Shorten lead Labor Party called the government’s refusal to outright sack Sussan Ley “weak”.. Now we’re all aware that the Labor Party and the word ‘hypocrisy’ go together like like bacon and eggs, but really?

Senator Penny Wong took the “moral” high ground and stated that:

“Instead of doing the right thing and moving to remove Ms Ley from his frontbench, to sack her from Cabinet, we have a Prime Minister who, yet again, goes for the weak option”

Well since the Senator does not believe taking the “weak option”, maybe she should personally push for the Labor party to crack down on their own expenditure, after all, how is it feasible for the public to believe that during the same length campaign, visiting the same number of cities, that opposition leader Bill Shorten could rack up a bill 3 times higher than that of the Prime Minister? But we know Senator Wong won’t call for Shorten to resign, and neither will the media!

Up, Up and Away.. Di Natale delivering a speech presumably about his superior morality.

Speaking of Senators that the media refuses to be honest about, Greens Senator Richard Di Natale spent a whopping $56,536 in taxpayer dollars, purely for 6 months worth of travel.. Lets be honest Dick, no one in this country outside of the Melbourne CBD is even remotely interested in anything you have to say, stop spending our money and shut your mouth!

The Greens “Community Services” Minister.. [WAIT! Why do The Greens even get “shadow ministers” with portfolio’s? You do nothing positive for this country and carrying around a “portfolio” won’t change that!] Rachel Siewert claimed an insane $63,934 which was even more than Foreign Minister Julie Bishop claimed, and now The Greens are trying to claim the moral high ground and are insisting that the government instates a new “Anti-Corruption Watchdog”with the purpose of stopping politicians from rorting the system.. The Greens can claim to be abiding by the expense laws and that they personally utilised taxpayer funds for “moral” causes, but it just doesn’t pass the pub test that a Greens Minister, who no one has heard of, Rachel Siewert could legitimately claim enough to rank her 5th in overall expenditure! Especially when their excuse that she lives in Western Australia and the flights are more expensive doesn’t hold weight, as she still outspent her Western Australian colleagues:

  • Foreign Minister Julie Bishop ($51,212)
  • Finance Minister Mathias Cormann ($50,638)
  • Fellow Greens Senator Scott Ludlam ($46,692)
  • Assistant Health Minister Ken Wyatt ($46,353)

Overall, only 4 sitting MP’s spent more in taxpayer funded expenses over the same time period:

  • Justice Minister Michael Keenan ($83,808)
  • Social Services Minister Christian Porter ($77,469)
  • Employment Minister Michaelia Cash ($73,550)
  • Labor leader Bill Shorten ($71,182)

All of whom, are ministers holding portfolio’s or the Opposition Leader who’s expenditure I previously called into question.

Sheik Shady Alsuleiman delivering a sermon where he denounces homosexuality.

Expense spending aside, the biggest travesty is that Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull spent in excess of $30,000 on an Islamic Dinner last year where he invited should be criminal Sheik Shady Al-Suleiman, who once called for his God to “destroy the enemies of Islam” and stated publicly that homosexuality is “an act of evil” and that “adulterers should be stoned to death”.

Yes! Sussan Ley wasted taxpayer funds, has a string of dirty dealings surfacing as every hour passes and should face the full consequences coming to her, such as her being forced to resign from the position of Health Minister. But  it’s not simply enough for Sussan Ley to have the law brought down upon her, we should pull all MP’s under the same scrutiny, Opposition leaders and waste of space politicians should not be outspending cabinet ministers and getting a free pass from the mainstream media!

Imagine the mainstream media’s “outrage” if Senator Pauline Hanson and One Nation stablemate, Senator Malcolm Roberts had spent $56,536 and $63,934 respectively (the amount spent by Di Natale and Siewert) I think we all know what would be the headline story tomorrow in every mainstream weekend newspaper.

  1. Hey, that reference to Bill Shorten as once being accused of raping someone, should not have been used.
I do not know of the facts, but he has not been convicted. You are just pulling him down without evidence.
I am not a Labor supporter!!
